How do I schedule a move-in?

There is no pet deposit, but we do charge pet rent of $50 per pet per month. There is also a one-time $300 pet acceptance fee which is a flat rate (not per pet).

Are there any breed or size restrictions for pets?

Some properties may have breed or size restrictions. Please inquire about specific properties for details.

Can I pay rent online?

Yes, you can pay rent online for free through our resident portal.

What payment methods do you accept for rent?

We accept online payments (ACH/bank transfer), credit cards (convenience fee may apply), and checks. Cash is not accepted.

When is rent due each month?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month with a grace period until the 5th. Late fees apply after the 5th.

What utilities am I responsible for paying?

The resident is responsible for all utilities (electric, water, and gas) unless otherwise specified in the listing or lease agreement.

How do I report maintenance issues?

Maintenance requests can be submitted through our online resident portal. For emergencies, please call our 24/7 maintenance line at 773-302-7599.

What constitutes an emergency maintenance issue?

Emergencies include no heat during winter, major water leaks, electrical hazards, or security issues (broken locks, windows, etc.).

Am I responsible for lawn care and landscaping?

This varies by property. Single-family homes typically require tenant lawn care, while multi-unit properties may include landscaping services. Please check the specific property listing for details.

What is your renewal policy?

We typically contact residents 60-90 days before lease expiration to discuss renewal options and any rent adjustments.

What is your notice period for moving out?

We require a 60-day written notice before the end of your lease term if you do not plan to renew.
