To keep Isle of Palms beautiful and safe for all visitors, please follow these guidelines:
No glass bottles on the beach
No overnight items left on the beach
No large gatherings or events without prior approval
Dogs must follow seasonal leash laws:
April 1 – September 14 (Summer Hours)
Off-leash: 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM
On-leash: At all other times
September 15 – March 31 (Winter Hours)
Off-leash: 4:00 PM – 10:00 AM
On-leash: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
During off-leash hours, dogs must be under voice control, and owners must carry a leash at all times.

We provide 24/7 guest support for any maintenance or emergency concerns.
What is the cancellation policy?
- If you cancel 30 days or more before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, your booking is non-refundable.
Can I host an event or wedding at my rental?
Certain properties may allow small gatherings, but large events require prior approval and must comply with local regulations.
